About the Cards

Card Specifications are just like a credit card.

The size is 85,7mm x 53,9mm (3,375inch x 2,125inch).
The thickness is 30mil or 760micron or 0.76mm. 
Our cards are the same as used by several of the large thermal printer manufacturers
as a result the design of our cards is optimized for thermal transfer printing applications.

Including the traditional white plastic card we also print on a wide range of coloured plastic cards for use  with our monochrome ink ribbons.

Our cards are all top quality PVC plastic.

About the Print

Printing can be done on either one side or both sides of the card.

Firstly in a monochome print of either black, gold or silver or a combination of these colours.
A protective overlay can be added to the process which greatly increases the life of the print. 

Secondly in full colour that comes standard with the protective overlay.

Our print process is thermal.
